Since this is a view that is primarily for the user, I would expect that in addition the users general description we would put metrics here; like ... how many objects the user has in their portfolio: versions of profiles/resumes, cover letters, uploaded documents... that sort of thing.

The page is getting busy.. and while we want to give info .. we need to be clean and clear
Maybe a simple stop light indicator to reflect something importantly
Maybe a Notifications Flag like they get in LinkedIn

Another qusation to answer is should this be a scrolling window to allow for more. What happens if a user has several items that fit the score criteria?
